Importing from Citi

Citi offers CSV export for credit card transaction history.

Supported methods

CSV

Step 1: Export from Citi

  1. 1 Log in to citi.com and go to your credit card account
  2. 2 Navigate to View All Transactions
  3. 3 Click the "Download" icon and select CSV format
  4. 4 Choose your date range and download

Step 2: Import into Sproute

  1. 1 Open Sproute and navigate to your Citi card
  2. 2 Click Import Transactions and select CSV
  3. 3 Select your downloaded Citi CSV file
  4. 4 Review and confirm the import

Tips

  • Citi CSVs use Debit and Credit columns — Sproute merges these automatically
  • Some Citi accounts label transactions with status (e.g., "Cleared") — only cleared transactions are imported
  • If you have Citi Double Cash or Custom Cash, make sure to select the correct card in Sproute before importing
