- 3 Click Download Transactions
- 4 Select your date range and choose CSV format
- 5 Click Download to save the file
Step 2: Import into Sproute
- 1 Open Sproute and navigate to your Scotiabank card
- 2 Click Import Transactions and select CSV
- 3 Select your downloaded Scotiabank CSV file
- 4 Review and confirm the import
Tips
- Scotiabank CSV files use separate Debit and Credit columns — Sproute has a built-in Scotiabank parser that handles this automatically
- CSV download is available on the desktop website — the Scotiabank mobile app does not currently support CSV export
- For older transactions beyond the download window, you can use PDF statement import as an alternative
- All data stays on your machine — nothing is uploaded
